Why Do I Need A Health Coach?
Athletes typically have solid strength training and skill development resources, but they are not coached in the areas of health that build the foundation for their success. We focus on the bigger picture and include areas like nutrition, sleep, stress management. When all of these areas are strong, the athlete is able to perform better, recover faster and reduce injury risk.
Top Performance is not gained by exercise alone.
Let’s face it, athletes don’t always feel comfortable talking about their health with a team coach, teammate or even a family member. As a Health Coach, I am an objective listener who is there to support you without the risk of feeling weak or judged.
