I will Motivate, Educate and Provide Accountability throughout our time together.

As your coach, my end goal is to put the power back in YOUR hands.

“Surge Health Coaching was awesome. I felt like she really understood me as an athlete. Before coaching with Tracy I was moving slowly toward my goals, now I’m more focused and see how my actions accelerate my results. Tracy is knowledgeable, fun to work with, and helped me set realistic benchmarks. I feel more prepared to go into my season.”  -  High School Athlete, Arizona

Health Coach, Optimistic Realist

I started my health journey over a decade ago as a mother of two competitive athletes. Over the years, I experienced the challenges of fueling their heavy work loads and optimizing their recovery. I also supported them through injuries and even surgery. Initiated by my own personal struggles with sleep, I turned my energies to understanding the science of this restorative yet active state and learned to appreciate the interconnection sleep has to all areas of our health. The more topics I studied, the more I learned about the interconnection between all of our systems, and the synergy that can be achieved when we support all aspects of our health.

Now a parent of a professional athlete, I know how small the window of opportunity is to showcase your talents and perform at your highest level. You need an edge. Even small changes can have big impacts on your daily performance. Let's Unleash Your Potential.

Motivate You to Reach Your Goals

Motivate

I will introduce attainable and sustainable tactics that will make you feel successful and put you on a path of long term health. I will be your cheerleader throughout this process.

Educate You and Provide Resources

Educate

It is imperative to know your why. Understanding why an action will support your desired outcome always makes it more impactful. I encourage all athletes to be curious and ask questions, but I know how busy most athletes can be. My job is to provide the knowledge and resources to help lead discussions and allow you to choose what is best for your health journey.

Provide Accountability to Keep You Focused on Your Goals

Accountability

Having someone in your corner to remind you of the outcomes you identified will help keep you on track. We will work to incorporate tactics within your busy schedule, be it at home or on the road. Regular sessions and check-ins will create a comfortable pace for lasting success.
